Baseball allots some time to be by yourself and think. Its a difficult game to shoot well, but as far in terms of the sports spectrum it seems to lend itself a lot more to setting focus and letting things come into your frame. Somehow, though, even with this simple method I find myself back focusing. Sometimes it is with reward.... most of the time not.
