Forgotten

I am finally getting some old film developed at a great little store up here in Sandusky. To boot I used my first paycheck to buy a film scanner. I wish I could shoot everything in this process, meaning, shoot something, leave it for months, and then with new eyes, go back and finally look at the pictures. As many photographers do, I shoot so that I can remember where I've been and what I've seen. Seeing as how a camera tends to have a much more clear and realistic depiction of my life than my clouded, sleep deprived mind, I rely more and more on them to be my memory. In my experience, I've found that the only way remembering truly works is to forget a little.
